A lot of us knew what a total disaster Brexit would be. Top economists showed the forecasts, which were totally abysmal. But the 52% decided it was better to listen to the utopian lies. There are no words to describe the stupidity of those put in charge of the future of this country. The wealthiest, most privileged Eton-ites.

Everything you describe is absolutely true. Right now, every morning there are long queues at the petrol stations and by evening they have run out. I go to the supermarket and know that the likelihood of finding milk there is low, and everything else is hit and miss. One day it might be bananas, the next it’s coffee. My children are getting used to me telling them that the foods and drinks they have loved for so long are just not available right now. None of us is really suffering from lack but it’s ridiculous for a nation of this stature. And the risk of just not being able to get my kids to school is very real.

Britain has certainly dug its own grave.
