Ah your photos on IG are incredible, Carly. And you’re right, life is so much more laid back and focused on enjoyment and self care than in the more uptight nations (like the U.K.). Re the bread, a baguette cannot contain more than around 4 ingredients, meaning the bread in France is required by national standards to be pure and simple without all the added fats, gluten enhancers and preservatives. I think that probably plays a big role in why it’s better on the stomach.
