Been there, done that, got the badge LOL!

My daughter has been back for the summer and sets off again on Thursday. She has been so manic and all over the place this summer that, quite honestly, I can't wait for her to go again!

I won't deny that I feel like the days of her being cuddly and close are far in the past and it's not been great fun dealing with the new, "independent" and somewhat self-centred version, though I also think it's a phase she is going through, as they all do.

Parenting is full of changes - they never end.
