Devastating!

 right passed me, obviously in a hurry. Miles later, there …r otherwise less than ideal road conditions call for slower speeds. How hard is that to understand? I was once passed by a college student (I saw the sticker in the back window) during a particularly deep snow on the roads. (The plows hadn’t gotten out yet.) I admit I was going slowly but as fast as I felt safe. She sped right passed me, obviously in a hurry. Miles later, there was a man signaling for us to slow down.

Devastating! I don't understand either. I don't understand why people use their mobile phones while driving either. There are innocent people out there who become victims 😢
