Hey Robert, I'm just wondering where you got the info from that you won't be paid for it unless the reader scrolls all the way to the bottom? I don't see that anywhere.

My take is that it may not be counted as a "read" if they don't read to the end but you get paid for all "read time" even if they only read half. From what I have read, these are 2 separate things and not necessarily related.
