I am so sorry that you went through all of that. If it was me, I would be reporting the driving instructor to trading standards - I don’t know what the equivalent would be in the Netherlands.

I love Brene Brown and the incredible work she has done. Yes, I have dealt with shame, for feeling inadequate and a waste of space. But over the years I have also learned to accept my flaws and say “it’s okay” not to be perfect.
