I am so sorry to hear this, Janet. It's painful and they know what they can use to make it more so, and will use whatever they can.

The good thing is that I notice his grip loosen as time goes on. There is a lot of delusion going on with him, that I belong to him, no matter what. And all of this control is a way of avoiding the obvious - that I don't. Me refusing to play isn't part of his plan.
