I can't even imagine what a child of that age goes through, losing their mother... but as many say, if you can't laugh, you cry.

I also know people who experienced that level of trauma while growing up but never processed it and are still locked in it thirty/forty years later. I'm glad to hear you found writing and then continued to write. And great to hear you got one on the BBC!
