I completely relate. I actually made that decision at the beginning of the pandemic, because it was actually different for me - I actually had some hours in the day to think about me for once, plus didn't have to spend my mornings getting kids up and out for school, so I started getting up earlier and implementing a routine for me. I also, to ensure that we had plenty of ingredients in the house to cook with, bought large quantities of fruits and vegetables, deciding that, since we had no choice to get food out at that time, we would cook everything from scratch. We only have a small freezer so frozen pizzas were a once-a-week treat.
