I do notice these things. I remember reading an article by you when you were really new to Medium. Probably your About Me story, because you introduced yourself, and it struck me immediately that your name wasn't spelled traditionally, so I never got it wrong. Except once, and I noticed as soon as I had done it. Scot too. I tend to be mortified if I spell someone's name wrong.
