I don't think I'd call any of that "laid back". I'd call it completely lacking in empathy. I'm pretty laid back but that's partly because I organise my time, don't take stupid risks especially with my children, make travel arrangements so I don't have to stress, and make sure I show up when I said I would. It makes for a pretty relaxing experience of life.
