I get the feeling that image and being liked is more important to some Jews than true moral reason. But when it comes to people like Jonathan Glazer, who you would assume would not only be very well informed on the entire history of Zionism and the establishment of the State of Israel but use that knowledge for good, I am baffled.

It's a deeply flawed perception of Israel to see it as an occupation or an ideological colonialist project, and for Jews to stand up and support that flawed and damaging perception is doubly concerning. Grrrr.
