I had a similar experience with my daughter. Due to an intensely hot summer during which she got terrible nappy rash, I started leaving her out of nappies and trained her to sleep through the night without peeing. She was fully potty trained by 14 months but then, due to one accident at her nursery, they insisted that she went back into nappies.
