I have a feeling we might have rats in our garden. I noticed some very jagged bite marks in our strawberries.

I also know that the problem is likely my neighbour's garden and it's one of those conundrums of what to do. The guy himself is unwell and I don't want me calling the authorities to cause him to be evicted. I want the landlord to take responsibility but he's already been told more than once that the garden could be breeding ground for rats and has done nothing so I may be left with no choice.
