I just read a summary and it does sound as if the author has disregarded the fact that Jews are indigenous to the land too. And, in fact, never left. Not that I am justifying expelling the Arabs from their long-established villages. More that I am pointing out there was major intolerance from both sides. However, I do like to read everything there is available and will do so.
