I know how this can spiral into self-doubt, Art. I have a person in my life who regularly makes these kinds of attacks and I still find myself questioning whether it's me who has behaved wrongly each time. That's also the effect of being HSP or an empath. It's so much easier to reflect on objectively when we aren't in the middle of it all though.
