I like the wine tasting idea more than sky diving, to be honest, but thanks for the input.

My nephew (18) is completely Lego-mad and spent all his (recent) Christmas money on new Lego sets. He'd love a Lego World museum and wouldn't mind being the only male of his age group, I'm sure!
