I love love love this piece.
The last few paragraphs made me think of my aunt who turns 82 this year. Yesterday I went sea-swimming with her and she is so incredibly fit and vibrant it just amazes me. She happily swims in the sea year-round, hikes a lot, and makes everything in life into something special. She’s definitely a role model for me.
