I love that you attended an adult tap dancing class. And yes, it needs to be about fun more than anything else.

As for music, I also quit in my teens and then picked it up in a very different way as an adult and found a whole new enjoyment of it, learning to play by ear and tunes that really lit me up. Please do it and tell me how it goes 🙌
