I'm sure we would all love to know this secret. The one thing I do know is that saving and/or building assets so that you have a nest egg for later in life will give you some peace and sense of freedom. If you come into a little money, buy gold bullion. In the short term it's unreliable, but in the long term it completely outdoes inflation.
