It all sounds good to me! I care a lot about my diet too and have always eaten a diet rich in vegetables.
I have a friend now in his late eighties and he's so much fitter than most people I know in their fifties. But the fact that he walks miles every day, does yoga every day, eats a diet of fish, rice and vegetables, and hasn't touched alcohol or caffeine in decades, might have something to do with it all. Oh, and he's always laughing and cracking jokes.
