It's the "Bicho II" that's really getting me wondering. I think he's offering to turn people into clones of himself. The "infantil" part just refers to his normal self.

Anyway, at that price, it's a bargain. I also notice he hasn't responded to this - I guess he's very busy right now with all that cloning.
