Lol, I think I am with your partner there 😆 That Irish Car Bomb sounds lethal!

I have to be honest - despite my grandmother originating from Ireland, I don't see us as being authentically Irish, even as much as American-Irish whose ancestors arrived during the potato famine, since our Irish ancestors were originally immigrants from Lithuania and Portugal/Morocco, probably my great great grandparents generation. Hence my grandmother's dark brown eyes, which aren't very Irish at all.

However, I have always loved Ireland; its culture, land, legends and literary history. And I love saying "the donkey's ears" in an Irish accent, so that's good enough for me.
