Lovely! A lot of this resonated. My own daughter tore a ligament in her ankle. Sadly this prevented her from being able to continue ballet and she was devastated - as was I. It's such a beautiful thing to watch your own child excel at something they are passionate about, and she was a beautiful dancer. Thankfully she has moved on, thrown herself into her art, found love, and is very happy.
