My eldest daughter became an emotional eater for which I partly blamed myself. I am happy to say that she has dealt with it now pretty well and I hope it stays that way.

As for food security, we are still dealing with empty shelves for weeks sometimes, as a result of Brexit, along with everything else... It sucks and I have learnt that when there is coffee on the shelves, I buy several bags, not just one. Some things I can rarely buy that I could before. It seems we have gone backwards rather than forwards - which many of us predicted...
