Oh I absolutely agree...and I do make sure that I publish the newer writers as much as possible. I do think it's been beneficial to set a standard for the pub and offer a space to share considered content. Believe me, the first piece I wrote for NWW - the first pub I joined - I took a long time reading and re-reading before I submitted. I wanted it to look good and read well. I do think it's worth taking time and care before hitting publish.
