Sadly, I think Airbnb has turned into a heartless and greedy space. Once it was an amazing solution to property owners and travellers alike. Now, it's full of horror stories and scams.

I'm so sorry this happened and I do hope you find a way to prove how this unfolded and that your were treated unfairly.
