That's awful! What is wrong with the world that there is nowhere for you to throw a ball for your dog that's not a 10-drive away at least? Ginger and I have it very lucky here - the county I live in is one of the most dog friendly in the UK and even when some beaches become dog-free every spring/summer, there's always a neighbouring one or a section where they are allowed. But it defies logic to me that they make it so impossible for dog owners elsewhere.
