The second of my three kids will be leaving this September and my youngest will progress to secondary school. I'm already plotting moving house since all my reasons to live where I am now are quickly disappearing. I never imagined feeling this way but, while I think the change is a perfectly natural part of growing up for them, it's necessary for us to make our own changes to also spread our wings and grow as we need to.
