This is great. I am very new to publishing on Medium too, so I can relate. I have only self published until now (around 2.5 weeks in), but I got a fair number of views on my first story. I figured it was better to have a bit of a portfolio to begin with. Only now am I starting to apply to publications. I will continue to follow your journey.
