This is the best kind of weight loss advice - doable things that have worked for someone, without making life miserable or spending a fortune on weight loss aids. Personal accountability is the most important part and journaling is a fabulous way to get it.

At the beginning of the first lockdown, I actually saw it as an opportunity to prioritise time for myself in the mornings, and started a manageable workout routine. The opportunity was unique and so I grabbed it and stuck with it, and it really made a difference to my physique over time.
