This rings very true, Maria. The algorithm has been trained to push certain articles and the boost pushes others. I think that is reducing the amount that the less viewed articles are pushed to viewers and paid.
I have thought long and hard about my own efforts here and feel that, for whatever else, when the inspiration is there, I will write…and read…and when it isn’t, I will use my energy in better ways. Like cleaning out cupboards.
