Well if Hamas had built bomb shelters for their people instead of funnelling all of the money into their tunnel network and a vast stock of weapons, which would be normal considering they attempt to wage war on Israel on a consistent basis by firing missiles daily, then perhaps their civilians would have better protection. Or, better still, use the money for progressive means, such as building a healthy economy, creating peace with their neighbours, and giving the people of Gaza a chance to live better lives.
