What a great idea. We all need to do this to keep worries separated from actually living and doing.

My therapist once suggested that I schedule a dedicated worry time to help me deal with difficult emotions. I find this strategy of setting aside time for processing my emotions to be very helpful as opposed to letting them take over my entire day.
