Yes, David, I agree that at least more could have been done to negotiate. But I am also aware that pressuring Hamas to stand down is vital. As long as they are in power in Gaza, there will be more aggression, more terrorist attack, more rockets fired. As long as they're left in power and Israel backs off, they will rebuild their terror infrastructure and become as powerful as they were on October 7th.
