You are free to have your perspective and I am free to have mine. The world, as I am sure you are well aware of, is built largely from perspectives.

Since you seem to be so well informed about the situation, I am sure you know that there are very differing accounts of the so-called Nakba. Again we have differing perspectives on this. Personally, I am not defending the fact that the Israeli military did perform some unforgivable atrocities but I am condemning the Arabs who chose to slaughter Jews as a first response to an attempt to create a limited Jewish national homeland and then turned their acts of warfare into a cry of victimhood. The argument of who has the right to lay claim to the land that acquired the name of Palestine is an argument that will unlikely ever be settled. We can put energy into arguing it out nonetheless, or we can look to a future of establishing the qualities of humanity and peace, and finding any possible ways to do so.
