Yum! All of it but I always loved the semolina dishes of south India :)

… dry coriander powder, and tempered with mustard, baby shallots and fenugreek leaves, in olive oil. The third, is fried semolina, cooked in ghee, with fried onions, minced green chillies, ginger and fresh tomatoes.
